We at Joan Strunk Photography believe in the individuality of each person we meet. Our goal is to portray that uniqueness in every session we do. Our commitment to you is our time, our talent, our patience, and our best service...always.

Policies and Procedures/ Frequently Asked Questions:

  1. We are a “by appointment only” studio.
  2. Hours of operation: Tues. thru Friday 10:00-6:00 and Sat. 10:00-1:00. Closed on Sunday and Monday.
  3. We offer sessions in the studio, outside sessions in our gardens, or on-location sessions within a 30 mile radius.
  4. In order for us to exceed your expectations, we offer a free, no obligation consultation to discuss settings and clothing. We have a wide selection of clothing from which to choose if you would like to use them. There is no charge for this service.
  5. We do have a session fee. The cost varies depending on what type of session you choose. This fee is due the same day as your session and does not apply to any part of an order.
  6. We are a completely digital studio and as such, we do not offer paper proofs. You will be invited to view your session in a beautiful slide presentation about one week after your session.
  7. A 50% deposit is required to send your order to our lab. The remaining balance is due when the order is ready. No part of an order may be picked up without payment in full. All orders not picked up within a 30 day period will incur a carrying fee of 3% for the outstanding balance for each month left unpaid.
  8. We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express and personal checks.
  9. A $25.00 service fee will be charged for all returned checks.
  10. Once your order has been received by our lab, no order may be changed or cancelled.
  11. All images created remain the exclusive property of Joan Strunk Photography and may not be reproduced in any form without the express written permission of Joan Strunk.
  12. Joan Strunk Photography retains the right to use images for purposes of, but not limited to, advertising, website or other public display, and competition.
  13. 7% sales tax applicable on all sales.
